How I Work

In our sessions, we bring gentle attention to the body as a doorway to healing and transformation. Through mindfulness and somatic exploration, we listen for the truth held in your sensations, emotions, and patterns — and allow what has been held or hidden to come into awareness and integrate. Each session is guided by curiosity, presence, and respect for your own natural pace.

Anne Johnson

For many years, I found support and insight through talk therapy — but something still felt missing. When I discovered body-oriented work, everything shifted. Connecting with the wisdom of the body opened a deeper path of healing and self-discovery, and eventually led me to become a somatic practitioner myself.

My work is rooted in what I’ve experienced firsthand: that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but remembering what is already whole. I trust the innate intelligence within each of us that knows how to heal — the same way an acorn carries everything it needs to grow into an oak tree.

It’s a joy and an honor to support that unfolding in others — to help people inhabit themselves more fully and live from a place of greater vitality and authenticity.
